I wanted to know what to change so that when I click a tag in the WP-Cumulus cloud, the post is displayed in the center section and not in the sidebar. Also, move title to the right place.

Hi Sanjeev. WP-Cumulus doesn't handle the display of the tag page. That's all WordPress. Like WP's regular tag cloud, WP-Cumulus is merely a set of links to WP-generated pages that correspond to the tags.
I'm not sure there are ways to get what you want, but considering that most tags will have more than one page associated with the, the sidebar may now be the best place to display them. In any case, it's your theme that would most likely need to be changed, not so much WP-Cumulus.
