Display file date/time below image

    I have a webcam taking a picture once each hour, and a script uploading that image to my website. I am displaying this image on the front (static) page of my WP site. I would like to display the modified date/time of the updated image, directly beneath the image. I do NOT want this date/time captioning on any other images. What is the most straightforward way to accomplish this?
