Display feeds from all categories

Hi all, i searched and didn`t find it.
I got installed plugin opt-in-front-page which shows posts on main page only if they are in category BLOG.
So at feed:
http://illest.alpha-force.net/word/index.php/feed/
it shows feeds only from front page.
Here at:
http://illest.alpha-force.net/word/index.php/feed?cat=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25
it shows feeds from all categories.
Is there someway that first link can display all feeds like the second does?
