Display content based on visitor's location?

The description makes it sound like this plugin only let’s you capture and then display a visitor’s location. Is it possible to also use the data from this plugin to display different content to different locals?

If not, I’d like to request that feature: perhaps some simple shortcodes to “display this content to visitors from _____ OR _____”. Also the reverse: “don’t display this content to visitors from _____ AND _____”. So you could put several sections in a row to target several specific countries/states/regions and then cover all the rest.
