    Is it possible to display captions under each picture in meteor slides.

    Hi Thomas, you can add captions to the slides using a custom slideshow template.

    Sorry but i dont understand where to put the code. I would like captions on the bottom of the pictures

    Ok I have got it working fine. but I would like the captions to be below the picture and not on it, not sure how to do it.

    You could do this by adding some padding below the slideshow and changing the bottom position of the captions to a negative value. I can give you and example if you can post a link.

    I have now removed all the code but the titles appear under the picture permanently. http://www.thomaswmorley.com. How can i get rid of this ?

    I don't see the titles on there, did you undo all the customizations for the titles?

    Ok well i am not doing to well. Have just reinstalled the plug in but my pictures are now very small. http://www.thomaswmorley.com. ?

    It looks like the slide images and the slideshow dimensions are are different, did you set the slideshow dimensions after reinstalling the plugin?

    Right well now I have deleted everything and reinstalled the plugin but the images showing up in my post are long and thin. http://www.thomaswmorley.com .

    I have resized all the images in my library 940 x 910. exactly the same as the settings in your plugin but they come out like this?

    What to do?

    Please could you look at ww.thomaswmorley.com and tell me how or why my images are coming out like this all squashed up. I have tried everything but cant get your plug in to work properly.

    Ok sorry for all the messages, I have it working now. not sure how but its all good now.

    All I need now is to have the captions under the pictures. I have managed to get them on the picture but i really want them under them.

    I would double check that, I don't see any captions in the source code.

    do you mean in the title area of your slide plug in. or that and in the media library

    Ah, by default the titles are just used for reference when you're managing the slides. If you want to display them as captions in the slideshow you have to create a custom slideshow template and add it to your theme.
