Display all images on one page

I am using the portfolio press theme, and that theme uses the portfolio post type plugin. I am putting together simple website for an amateur photographer friend. I want all of her portfolio images/thumbnails to display on ONE page, instead of being chopped up into “older” and “newer posts.”

As of right now the template displays 9 thumbnails on each page. I want the page to extend down instead of defaulting to newer/older posts pages.

I have tried numerous plugins and hours of searching. Anyone have a solution for me?
