    I am looking at a few plugins, and stageshow+ seems to be exactly what I am looking for. (no 800 pounds of bloat like all the others, and not 1000 bucks either)

    The only problem I see is that I need a way to have season ticket holders be able to reserve their seats for a single performance of each show. The best way I can think of is to have recurring coupon codes that are only valid once for each show, and the season ticket holders have a static number that is assigned to them. Once that coupon number is used, it is invalid until the next show.

    Also, tickets are reserved over the phone and in person as well. Is there a way to enter those tickets into the system to keep the theatre from overselling a performance through online sales?

    obviously, season ticket holders are allowed to see each show and have already paid. How do they reserve their ticket for a particular performance with stageshow?

    Support for Season tickets is clearly a desirable feature, and yours is not the first request to add it, but at present there is no explicit support for it. It is on my (ever expanding) wish list.

    As I see it, a season ticket would comprise specified ticket types for specified shows. As such, if the sale of a season ticket is logged on the system, the transaction ID can be used to verify the purchaser and hence to release a ticket against the pre-paid season ticket. So I can see how this could work within the existing structure of StageShow, it’s “just” a matter of implementation! I’ll add it to the queue …

    In the mean time, if you have a limited number of season ticket holders, they could register themselves on your website, reserve their tickets via the website and then show their season tickets in lieu of payment when they arrive for the show.

    Manual entry of sales (i.e. telephone sales) is already included in StageShow.

    By “Discount coupons” were you looking for another (i.e. separate from Season Tickets) facility?

    I am very glad to learn that you plan to implement Season tickets. That would a very helpful feature.
