Disappearing Navigation in Suits theme

    I have a site running Suits theme and recently it has come to my attention that the navigation links are disappearing within Chrome browser and on Safari on Mac. The navigation does not disappear within Internet Explorer.

    When I load the site the page appears as normal but without the navigation Text, just the black bar at the top of site underneath the header image. However if I mouse over the space where the text should be it appears.
    If I refresh the page it disappears again.

    I have had a toy with the CSS and it doesn’t seem to be changing anything.

    I am not running a child theme, I am altering the CSS directly.

    Can anyone help with this issue please?

    In addition the navigation is always there when I am logged into the site as admin but if I log out it disappears as described above.
