When disabling comments in a certain post, if there are already no comments, then the index shouldn't the "No Comments »" link or text.
If comments are disabled and there are comments, it should show "# Comments - disabled" or something like that so users know that posting a comment is disabled on the homepage, instead of having to click one further.
Thoughts?
Believe that's going to be dictated by how your Theme's index.php Template incorporates the use of the Template Tag comments_popup_link.
