Does anyone know how, or can you guide me in the right direction to disabling All in One SEO on a select few pages? I've tried very hard at this so far and searched for an answer with no luck.

Its built right into the plugin.
Open the page you want this disabled on in the editor. Scroll down and find the All in One SEO Pack options section, click to open it up if its close.
Put a check in the box that says Disable on This Page/Post
