Disabled multisite, problems ensued.

I’m cross-posting this because it seems that maybe the problem began when I didn’t disable multisite correctly.

Multisite is enabled again after my attempt to disable it. It semi-fixed my site but only my home page. As far as I can tell the database is the issue. I don’t know how to repair it and reading other conversations in this forum is overwhelming when I fear breaking it again.
(I sometimes break things when I think I’m fixing them when I overestimate my ability to fix things and underestimate my ability to break them.)
