   Would be cool if the plugin blocked any outgoing HTTP feeds such as popular tags on page
   /wp-admin/plugin-install.php

   Perhaps a white and a black list ?

   We run WP in a DMZ with strict outgoing firewall rules, so any traffic is blocked and slowing down some admin pages
