Disable WordPress comments

    I have installed Google+ comments on my website. Buti am getting comments on WordPress commenting system even though comment box is not visible to users as i have activated Google+ comments.
    So how do i disable this comments? Also i have jet pack plugin installed. And using Wang guard for spam prevention.
