Disable UPS shipping on only certain Products, Shipping Classes, or Categories?

    Hey folks! My client just purchased the Woocommerce Woothemes UPS Extension and we’re having problems setting it up the way she wants. She wants everything except two categories to be shipped via UPS. Those two categories are cupcakes and cakes. She can’t ship them because she hasn’t found success in shipping them and frankly doesn’t want to deal with the complaints due to UPS man-handling the packages and trashing her cakes.

    Is there ANY way to EXCLUDE certain items, categories, or shipping classes from being shipped via UPS?
