Disable Title Separater for Homepage?

I was thinking of adding a code in the header.php file but not sure what to add.

Yes it’s from somewhere else but it shouldn’t have anything to do with PHP code. I know you can place conditional code but need guidance as to what code.

There’s an abundance of themes that we support here: http://wordpress.org/themes/ , try switching to one of those.
