Disable theme options

Hello,

im currently making a website, but since there will be a lot of admins (i know there shouldn’t be a lot but its not my choice) i need to disable the theme options to prevent them to make changes on the style or prevent them to change the theme.. so what i want is to disable the item “themes” under appearance even for admins. is there any way?
