Disable the pop-up gallery viewer

The images i have to use are rather small and it doesn’t make sense to have the pop-up viewer in function. I’m am using the genesis framework if that helps. i don’t want them to link anywhere right now, in the gallery editor i tried to get rid of the url or select no link, but it keeps filling in, i’m just looking for static images
