Hi, SLB does not create posts. What you may be seeing is the attachment page that WordPress generates for each media item you upload.

Comments are also managed via WordPress itself. If you want to disable comments, you can turn them off sitewide by disabling the option in Settings > Discussion. You’ll need to edit the appropriate theme files manually if you want to disable commenting for just attachments.
