Disable sidebar in Gantry page template

A lot of times set topic, but this concerns of “Page Template” with Gantry Framework.
As described in the documentation, copy a page, for example index.php and add code in top

<?php /*
	Template Name: Example Two
*/ ?>

but in the lower code can’t figure out which piece of code I throw if I want to this page template is with no sidebar or footer.

I think I must do something with this code below, anyone knows?
