Disable shortcode as a clickable link?

    What you are trying to accomplish, is not feasible(its plausible, but I will not recommend it) with this plugin. Instead I’d suggest you create a new menu with embedded search form, which would be the proper way to integrate the search box in the navigation menu.

    All this plugin does is, allows you to write the shortcode, instead of the link and expects that the function that this shortcode is going to execute is returning a URL and not a complete search form.

    If you need any help with setting up the new navigation menu via theme, let me know.
