Disable "New user is waiting approval" email for admin?

As admin, I’m manually creating user accounts as opposed to letting people register themselves. Is their any way to disable the admin email that is sent indicating a new user is waiting approval?

To clarify, I only want to disable the email that comes back to me, the admin.
