I love this extension! Everything from looks to functionality is perfect. Thank you for this plugin.

The only issue I have is that when someone wishes to buy a downloadable product, I would like them to only have to enter their Name, Email, and Country upon Checkout.

I don't want to disable it completely from the woocommmerce checkout page because I do also ship real items where I need address and city and state.

Anyone know how to do this? I have previously used "WP ECommerce" which lets me create "field sets" but it doesn't let me enter remote URLs for the download files which makes it not work for this project. (Files are hosted with Media fire, but they only get the link after cashing out) Some items are free, some are paid.

Thank you very much for reading and for any and all help.

ha! Not really. It's really sad that such basic functionality isn't in this plugin. Can't they make anything on their own without stealing from jigoshop? Apparently, not.

You would be better off asking questions on Woo's site, instead of here.

AFAIK, you can't do this on a per-product basis. So if you want to disable it for some, and not for others, that is some pretty custom hacking. You still need to collect billing information don't you?

    Using this plugin: http://61extensions.com/shop/woocommerce-checkout-field-manager/

(not my own) I was able to enable and disable core fields, but for collecting payment information, YMMV.
