   Hello!

   Is it possible to disable the custom background, custom color and header images in a TwentyTen Child Theme?

   The point is that I don't want these items in the admin area menu, under "Appearance".

   Might look at
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/admin-menu-editor/

   or one of the plugins listed at the bottom of Roles and Capabilities.
