disable alert regarding Restaurateur Menu Item CPT

    i have a little problem – i’m not using Restaurateur’s food menu plugin – yet i keep getting nagged with this message – “To enable the “Menu Item” custom post type, this theme requires the following plugin: Restaurateur Menu Item CPT.”

    when i dismiss it – it disappears only for the session – then returns when i startup again

    what am i doing wrong – how can i disable that alert
