   I moved my WordPress install to a new server (backed up files, backed up DB, installed in new location).

   On the new server, when I try to upload an image it tells me that the directory does not exist. It lists a directory path that was part of the old server's setup. How do I change this to the new server setup?

   Check your uploads path in Setting/Miscellaneous.
