I'm working on getting a WP Template site up but a problem has arose. What I want to do is create an archive allowing visitors to view each template individually while staying on the same MySQL database. I've seen this done on many other sites but do not know how to set it up. I think it may be a simple edit to the wp_config file, but I am unsure.

Ideally, I would like to link to each different template page with addresses such as:
    http://www.mywebsite.com/demo/index.php?template=Theme-One
    http://www.mywebsite.com/demo/index.php?template=Theme-Two
    http://www.mywebsite.com/demo/index.php?template=Theme-Three
    ... and so on.

If anybody can point me in the right direction (editing php files, installing plugins, etc) I would be so grateful. Thank you!

The Plugins section in the Codex is a good place start. Always :)
