   How many categories do you have? The idea is to group posts on related topics together to make them easier to find. When your category list is a mile long, it makes it harder to find what you're looking for.

   Yeah, I see that. I've run a script to convert all of those categories to tags (which is how I should have started) and then I'm going to get rid of the majority of categories.

   Well, it doesn't works great in my computer with 1024x768pixs, your side bar is not top align with your articles, the page turns out to be double length.
