DiggBar and Twitter

Has anyone been developing or knows of someone developing a DiggBar twitter plugin?

Basically I’d like to be able to use DiggBar’s URL shortening service to post tweets automatically when I publish a new article. There are already plugins that use TinyURL, so I might just look into modifying one of these plugins, but would rather ask first to see if authors of those plugins are looking into providing DiggBar URL shortening.
