Digg like blog

    Hi!
    I was wondering if there is any plug-in that converts a normal blog into a digg like blog. I mean, every user can register and write a post; then, these posts go to a “upcoming” place. After that, people will vote the upcoming posts and when a post gets enough votes then it promotes to the main blog page. But everything is just one blog, not multiple blogs.
