I´ve spent days trying to customise it, but the css and code structure is extremely confusing. There are some hard coded css rules hidden in files I had to overrite, remove, etc. Now there is a weird "too many redirects" when adding a product to the cart.

If you use the standard theme is ok, but if you need your custom design its a nightmare. I give up, go to sleep and start again without wordpress.

    Hello.
We have use ajax adding to cart, without redirects or page reload in common case. It will not work in case you have errors in javascript on your theme. Code structure is based in MVC pattern - I think that this i good way in web programming. Are you sure that you used our plugin?

    Alexey.

    Hello,

I don't use any javascript on my theme, just a html5blank template page. There are files injecting css code overriding the theme css that I had to modify. I can see it's a big plugin, but because of that, it turned too painful to customize. I'm sure I used your plugin.

    Regards

    Hello.
But we have all product adding via ajax, without page reload, and this is very strange - that you have many redirects. We have redirect for cases when product have mandatory options, and it is on catalog listing page (without options displaying there) - so we need to redirect user to product page to select options. That's all, all other - as far as I know - adding to cart is without redirects or page reloading. If you can - please provide me with link to site where you have so many redirects so we will be able to check it. Also, don't forget to update to latest version.
"There are files injecting css code overriding the theme css that I had to modify" - can you provide me with example of such code?

    Regards,
    Alexey.

    Hello.
So, what can you tell me about my last comment? Please answer as you already said that we have bugs, and not just bugs - critical issues that characterize our plugin as totaly broken (for you) as you rated it for "1", - but you didn't tell where they are. Also, problem about strange redirects on product adding to cart is really unclear - we still can't see how this can be reproduced, so if you provide me with link to example - this will be very helpfull for us to fix this issue (if it exists).

    Regards,
    Alexey.
