   Is there a plug-in or hack that would allow each user to have a separate upload folder rather than sharing the same one?

   I have a number of users uploading and the upload folder is becoming large and hard to navigate through.

   something like:

   wp-content/uploads/userA
   wp-content/uploads/userB
   etc.

   Yes there is an it's called Custom Upload Dir, and it's a piece of cake to use.
