different type of Staff page

i’m hoping someone can at least point me in the right direction. Right now my staff page is in a table format. I’m using the Parabola theme and tables don’t seem to work in the mobile version, so I’m trying to come up with a way to work around using a table. What i’d like to do is something like this:
Have each picture on the staff page be a link to a window that pops up (not a full page) with that person’s contact information and then click an X or something to go back to the Staff page. i wouldn’t need a whole lot of room for info, mainly their name, job title, location, phone # and email (i wouldn’t need like a Bio portion). is there a way to do this or a plug-in that might do this?
