Different social options for different pages

    I apologize in advance if I’m unable to express myself fully. I’m a complete noob to WordPress. What I’m wanting to do is have two “sets” of social options.

    To explain further: I want my blog feed and individual posts to show the Facebook icon which links to the Facebook page I created for the blog. But on a page like “Me” which is supposed to specific to me, I want the Facebook icon to link to my personal Facebook profile as well as other social sites specific to my own profile (Last.fm, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.).

    If this is a problem outside of the scope of your theme and so not appropriate to this forum I apologize. Any help or advice you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry, but this is out of scope from what I’ve set Decode up to do. It wouldn’t be impossible for me to implement, but I’ve tried really hard to keep things simple and features like this can add a lot of complexity.
