Different set of links on index than all oter pages. (3 posts)

    I have a horizontal navigation bar for all pages.
    The index.php file reads: articles :: wiki :: journal :: photos :: about.
    And that is just fine.

    How do I implement a different string of links for all other pages.

    In other words, I now show 2 nav bars on all but the index-- instead of 1 nav bar with different words.

    This may make more sense if you could view the site:

    Thank you.

    You could probably go with some if_statements
    if is_home ()
    show this
    elseif is_category()
    show that
    ... etc.
    For details see Conditional_Tags in the Codex.

    Yes, Moshu, that may work for me.
    Many thanks.
