I made a new theme and am still working on it. The general lay-out is fine, but when I click on a tag in the tagcloud and it goes to http://www.mysite/tag/tag-name I get the wrong lay-out. What theme file do you call when clicking on a tag? I ned to know this so I can adjust the lay-out.

Found this thread generated tag page . Will work on making a tag.php so I can choose my own lay-out.
