   I Want de users be able to register and write post. I would like the first page they see is "New post". I don´t want them confused with stranges links like "Dashoard" they don´t need, I want they just write a post in a Category.

   The default role is "Author", the interface is other but still apearing panels like "Dashboard" and others things i think could confuse.

   There is a way for changing the admin interface per-user or per-role?

   Install Peter's Login Redirect plugin and set this link for the Author role: /wp-admin/post-new.php

   that will redirect every user with Author role ( after successful login ) to "Add New Post" page.
