Difference between login/register?

    Hi, i have a few questions regarding this plugin – what is the difference between logging in and registering with social network?

    I’m looking for a plugin that will enable users to access my site only with social networks, but in such a way that they can only sign in with a certain SN, but that there is a wp account associated to that on.

    So, in that terms, i’m asking – what is the difference when someone logs in and registers?
