Diect link from meny to category, is it possible ?!

I’m running WordPress 3.1.1 and Twenty Ten 1.2.

Is it possible to create a “link” in my menu which directly shows the content in category which I have named “Earlier” ?

I have made a solution for this which I’m not happy with.
My link points to a page.
Inside this page I have a html-link to my category “Earlier”.
It works but I don’t want this middle-step to show the content in my category.

I would come directly from my menu-link to my category.

Any ideas ?
