• Instructions are hard to understand, but I figured it out only to find that the addition of a simple Facebook link in either of my menus (added to the end of my navbar) did not show up properly and was in FRONT of other tabs already on the nav bar. Waste of time.

    There are helper classes included which already add more space to left or right position of items — that taken and added custom space value via your child theme’s style.css makes custom solution possible. This is explained in plugin instructions here and in quite a few threads here already.

    Yes, it may not be the easiest on the market here, however, if you don’t like its approach you are free to use another of the nearly hundreds of other solutions for social icons widgets/menus from WordPress.org

    It’s surely not a “waste of time” as I have a lot of satisfied users that say it was easy to setup and use.
