   Hi.
   I downloaded the file sv_SE.ISO-8859.mo. I uploaded it a new directory under wp-includes that I named languages. I opened the w-config.php and changed the line: define ('WPLANG', 'sv_SE') and uploaded it to the root Worldpress directory.
   When entering my WordPress URI I saw no changes. There was no error messages.
   Where can I find a

   Shouldn't the file just be called 'sv_SE.mo' ?
