Did wordpress.com ban me or what? (10 posts)

    Hi,
    I own a blog on wordpress.com, http://poetry.wordpress.com

Since yesterday, all was ok. Then, without apparent reason, the WHOLE WORDPRESS.COM DOMAIN is unaccessible from my computer.

All of my friends can still reach wordpress.com and write on it. I tried to disconnect, to wait 5 minutes, then to connect again; it was available.

Then, after 10 minutes, it was unreachable again.

I'm going crazy, my bLog is called "1 poem every day" and I can't access it! I can't even reach http://www.wordpress.com itself.

Do wordpress.com ban users for some reason? What's happening? I don't even have a reference address to ask for support, as you can contact wordpress.com exclusively with the "feedback" button in the control panel - that I don't have access to.

Please help me if you can :(

    I'm getting a time-out here too.
If you know someone who can access, get them to out the URL to this thread in the feedback box ?

Could it have anything to do with the war between the backbone providers?

I don't know if it's something with the providers, but it's really bad.

If someone could manage to access WordPress.com, please send feedback about this embarassing situation.

Happened to me today, too. Was reporting a database error related to my password? Then about 40 minutes later, let me in. I was just trying to get to the Support Forum.

Well remember that it's in alpha so they are doing alot of testing. Just be patient, if it goes down it'll be back up just as fast. I'm sure that if you were ever banned they would e-mail you about it.

A kind reminder: Any support or questions about wordpress.com should use the feedback form in the interface and not this forum.

Try using a proxy like anonynmizer.com when your site is inaccessible to isolate the cause of the problem.

    Kind of odd response:

A kind reminder: read posts _before_ making kind reminders.

Anyway, maybe it was something with maintenance. Let's cross fingers

    Thanks for help :)
