diary with information auto updating from pages

    My wife & I are struggling to think how to do this… and wonder if anyone has done anything similar which might set us in the right direction:

    A ‘school’ website where each page has information on a different course and dates,
    while the bottom of the page would repeat the title of the course and the dates it’s available (linked to a booking form/shopping cart) such as:

    Pottery for beginners
    16 April 2014
    12 June 2014

    How can we link this course data to a pop-up diary/calendar list that will update whenever page data changes. It isn’t necessary for the list to show every day of the year, only the days when courses run (approx 6 different courses each month). Ideally it would be laid out something like this:

    Courses in 2014

    April
    16 Pottery for beginners

    May
    20 Advanced pottery

    June
    12 Pottery for beginners
    17 Advanced pottery

    Any ideas?
