Developer needed for a migration and installation

We’d like to update our WordPress application and migrate it to a new hosting environment. This will require moving and testing the application front end and database, then re-migrating the database once testing is complete (to ensure minimal downtime). Since we’ll have the application cracked open, this would also be an ideal time to update to the newest version.

While we’re on the new environment, we’d like to establish a NEW iteration of WordPress running off the same MySQL database. Once the application is up and running we’ll need to install our custom front end (we can use the files from the live site we’ll be migrating above).
