Some CMS's have full user access control to any part of the admin page.
For example you have a table of users and admin parts, and you can check the check boxes and determine detailed user access.
Is there any plugin for that?
If there is no plugin, how can I edit WP defaults users (Autor, Contributer, etc...) access?
There are a few plugins like that. Typically with WordPress you aren't managing the permissions of a single user, but the permissions of a role, and then you assign the appropriate role to a user.
I really like the Members plugin for managing the permissions of the different roles, but there are some others as well.
