DesktopServer and hosting WordPress sites.

    Hi, Everyone.

    I have found DesktopServer very simple, easy and straightforward to use. It made it very easy for me to develop my site on my own computer and it made think about the possibility of hosting the site also. I have my own server and have paid a third party hosting service to host my WordPress site. Given the simplicity of using DesktopServer I started to think about the possibility of hosting it instead.

    Question:

    Can one use DesktopServer to host WordPress sites ? In case it can’t be done, is there a solution as simple as DesktopServer to install the necessary software on a server (I have a Mac server running Mac OS X 10.6) so that it can be used to host WordPress sites ?
