   After designing the site and visting it in WordPress to make sure it is the way I want it, I go on line and the site comes up with the domain name as the site name and "Just another blog..." describing it. I must have missed a step somewhere in publishing it?? This newbie would appreciate some help. Thanks.

   How did you design the site and visit it in WordPress without going online in the first place?

   Did you upload it to your fileserver?
