Ok, so I know how to add in pictures, text, video; that's a cake walk, but how do I spruce up my site with Sliders of photos and cool stuff and how do I add them in there.

A more advanced design video would be superb if anyone knows of one.

    Thanks for the help.

Doing all of this extra stuff is going to require either plugin that can do what you want them to, or it will need you to do some research and yoru own coding to add them in.

Does anybody have some videos or links they can send me to about finding these types of plugins and how to implement them. Just really unsure as to how to manipulate the "pages" using plugins.

Or are you just pretty much stuck with your theme unless you have back end coding knowledge?

    Thanks.

That's going to be a big part of it. It depends how flexible your theme is, and what options are offered. Plugins can only go so far as to the appearance of your site - they cannot often give granular control, as they can't hook into your theme at just any point

From your WordPress Dashboard, click 'Plugins', 'Add New' and search for what you want, or invest some time just scrolling through the list of available plugins. Make sure that whatever catches your eye is compatible with the version of WP you are running - you should update to the latest WP version: 3.4.2.

You may have to use different search criteria, but there are a ton of plugins, so there is a good chance that there in one (or more) to meet your needs.
