Description Text in a Scroll Box

Hi there:
I wanna know how to put the description of a product in a scroll box, in fact I know how to do it,(coding), but I dont know where to do it or where can I edit it, because I used the inspect elements from chrome and I edited there and works fine but I dont know where to write that code and make it permanent…Please i need help..
