   Would be very helpful to be able to display the post description instead of choosing how many words of the excerpt to display.

   Hi. Can you tell me what post description means for you ? I guess it's the meta description but I'm not sure.

   Yes, for me post description refers to the meta description. So..

   <meta name="description" content="...">

   Here is an example post:

   This idea is cool. I have to check how I can manage to do such a thing considering people use plugins and others stuffs to customize this meta. I 'll see what I can do :)

   Not sure what has happened with the post title though - it's now crawling page title and not post title i.e.

   News at Den | » Appleton sacking at Blackburn surprises Millwall manager

   instead of:

   Appleton sacking at Blackburn surprises Millwall manager

   Yes because SEO by Yoast use wp_title() to modify title

    Is it :

    wp_title(' ', false); ?

    This should be replaced by your custom title SEO by Yoast in admin.

    Hi there,

    I use Yoast SEO but rarely fill in a description for blog posts. Can your plugin use excerpt if no description is set?
