Deliver Files in confirmation window?

    IS there a way to have files available for users to download in the confirmation window? I want to be able to have people who subscribe to my newsletter download a free ebook so I need to have a confirmation window that has a button they can push to get a .epub, .mobi, and ,pdf file (they choose which to download). Is there a way to do this? thank you!
